Catalog description
This course is a theoretical, in-depth examination of physical, intellectual, social-emotional, language and family development from birth through age 8, which builds upon previous Human Development courses. Development is viewed as occurring within a family and a culture, not in isolation. Emphasis is placed upon the connections between the theoretical and the practical. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
