Catalog description
This course addresses the history, legalities, trends and controversies in law adjudication as it pertains to issues of crime and justice. Students will examine the topics of criminal law, landmark cases, prosecution, defense, court procedures and decision-making and their interaction with our society. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll.
