Catalog description

This advanced course seeks to develop critical thinking skills through the examination of audience-centered case studies. Students examine how professionals in public relations and integrated communication develop objectives that translate into communication campaigns, illustrating theoretical applications in real-life situations. The development of analytical skills, ethical guidelines, and issues of diversity in communication practice are emphasized. Students with a semester level of Freshman 1, Freshman 2 or Sophomore 1 may not enroll. Enrollment limited to students with department of Comm, Media and Sport Mgmt.
