Catalog description

In this course, students critically examine the youth mental health crisis through a systemic and ecological framework, analyzing the organizational role of schools as the primary access point for student support. Students investigate the impact of access, equity, and workforce capacity barriers, apply evidence-based strategies, and build relational, coaching, and collaboration skills to drive structural change and build effective and sustainable collaborations between schools and community mental health partners. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.
