This course is centered on the study of human behavior and focuses on understanding how people and groups in higher education function, behave, react and make meaning of events. the course provides grounding in theory that explains how higher education systems and structures shape behavior. It provides a foundation for understanding how individuals, teams, organizations function and how leadership lenses shape behavior. Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students. Enrollment limited to students with the SPECIAL APPROVAL attribute.
