Catalog description
The first of a two-course lecture and laboratory series that surveys the structure and function of the human body. This course will provide an orientation to the human body and overview of tissue structure needed to understand anatomy and physiology. The course is intended to prepare students for advanced graduate level study in areas of medicine or biological sciences. It is strongly recommended to take BIOL 114 - Biology II: Foundations of Molecules, Genes and Cells with lab prior to this course.
