CLINICAL EDUCATION IN VASCULAR TECHNOLOGY II

Catalog description

This course is focused on the identification and evaluation of vascular structures. Students will have the opportunity to assess their tracking skills and integrate theory with practice. This clinical practice will emphasize the performance of vascular son ographic procedures of cerebral circulation, abdominopelvic vascularity, plethysmography, grafts, stens and arteriovenous fistulas. In addition, the tracking techniques and protocols used for the diagnosis of vascular pathologies. The course has 240 hours of clinical practice in one semester.
