The course provides the opportunity to apply in an integrated way all the concepts learned through their academic training in the field of human resources management. Through a practical approach they will be able to acquire the abilities, skills, and techniques necessary to become effective human resources consultants. Integrating management and personnel management strategies, they will be able to learn to perform needs analysis, solutio n implementation, effectiveness improvement, communication management, negotiation skills, and business management concepts. The course gives students the opportunity to create a human resources consulting business proposal focused on one of the fundamenta l areas, be it selection, recruitment, induction, evaluation, progressive discipline, compensation, health, safety, legal compliance, training, effective staff development and management. In turn, they will be able to analyze and evaluate business needs by applying appropriate practices that increase productivity, effectiveness and focus on effective leadership seeking to enhance skills focused on innovation.
