Emphasizes the problems of public policy from the political, social and economic point of view, and the various proposals to solve them. It discusses trends towards social policy reform and suggested alternatives for improving the delivery of human services. The participation of private for -profit institutions and non -profit organizations in the provision of human services is analyzed . The agenda is adapted to the needs of the services and according to changes in public, social and economic policy within the contemporary context.
