The course further develops in organizational leadership particularly those aspects that relate to community context. The course centers on the student as a manager or leader to involve service organizations with the community. The methodology in the cours e includes workshop to develops skills in the excessing effective leadership. The course includes the study of community work and community intervention models. It includes the study and application of problem-solving techniques leadership development and the mobilization of inter-organizational resources.
