This course studies the complex dynamics of diversity in organizations. Demographic trends and the value of promoting a diverse workforce are studied. Likewise, the organizational policies and practices that are aimed at successfully managing diversity in favor of achieving the goals and strategies of the organization are analyzed. Finally, the impact of legislation and jurisprudence applicable to the management of diversity in policies, practic es and organizational activities is examined. As well as the application thereof to ensure that organizational policies support and promote diversity.
