Catalog description

This course offers a solid foundation to system forensics investigation and response. Areas of study include a procedure for investigating computer and cyber -crime and concepts for collecting, analyzing, recovering and preserving forensic evidence in business environments. This course is designed to introduce computer system forensics at a practical level. A combination of textbook and Virtual Library resources provides a solid found ation in forensic data investigation, retrieval, and analysis.
