CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN SCHOOLS

Catalog description

This course focuses on the knowledge, skills and abilities required to design, implement and evaluate effective conflict resolution programs in schools. Students will get acquainted with the following concepts: inter and intrapersonal conflict resolution, persuasion, problem solving and decision making i n conflict in diverse organizations and will develop strategies that could address these conflicts.
