Clinical experience is the phase that culminates professional preparation in the teacher candidate's field of specialty. The duration of the clinical experience is one semester. In this, the teacher candidate assumes full responsibility for carrying out the tasks that the teacher performs in the real school environment; under shared supervision between a certified cooperating teacher, a university professor, and the principal of the selected school. T his experience constitutes the means to apply the different dimensions of the teaching-learning process, which provide scenarios for testing effective educational practices - which will promote the training of the candidate committed - to the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of the K student. -12. In addition, current issues in the field that the student teaches, as well as situations that arise in the classroom, are discussed and analyzed. The teacher candidate must attend four hour s a day at the school or authorized educational center and complete a total of 220. This experience includes a seminar (15 additional hours) with the university professor that complements the experience carried out day by day in the assigned center. The seminar encourages the teacher candidate to analyze, evaluate, and discuss the responsibilities and situations that arise in the clinical teaching experience.
