DIAGNOSTIC IMAGING INTERPRETATION

Catalog description

Our goal is to train our students to understand the principles of image formation, the dangers of radiation overexposure, methods of radiation protection and the ability to identify the most common abnormalities seen in images of animal patients. We accomplish this by presenting high quality material in lecture and laboratory sessions, being available for queries about course material, and by preparing fair and clinically relevant examinations and quizzes that incorporate integration of clinical and imaging material.
