Catalog description

This course consists of studying the procedures and all those statutory or jurisprudential provisions governing the process by which a person who has committed a crime is identified, prosecuted and penalized by the State, as well as those processes following the judgment. It also covers the criminal investigation procedure that involves the arrest and application of corrective measures applicable to each crime. It is emphasized in civil and constitutional rights which together with jurisprudence decisions guarantee a due process of law to the citizen against the State.
