This course focuses on applying different methods to account for investments in the parent's books, business combinations, and preparation of consolidated financial statements. Consolidation procedures, long -term equity investments, partnerships, corporate bankruptcy, and foreign currency financial statements are discussed. Specifically, it is based on applying technological resources to prepare and analyze financial reports that facilitate the management decision-making process within an ethical framework.
