Catalog description

Study of the management tools that owner managers and investors have for decision making. Considers and includes tangency with: issues related to managerial accounting and business organizations, strong foundations in the behavior and conduct of costs, cost -volume relationships, benefits, measurement and cost functions, accounting systems and analyzing transaction results of business operations. In addition, quantitative and qualitative information relevant to decision -making related to prices and production is included. In addition, the student is exposed to decisions to accept or not accept special offers, eliminate or not segments of a business, decide to make or buy a product or service, sell to split off point or process further, an d others.
