Catalog description
The course focus is on critical care nursing concepts. Emphasis is placed on refining skills in problem-solving and clinical reasoning in order to function successfully in the critical care and emergency room environments. Complex evidence-based nursing care for patients in crisis situations will be addressed including ethical and end of life issues. Additional course fee. (Prerequisites: NURS 3350, NURS 3360, NURS 3370 and NURS 3380)
