Catalog description

This course focuses on the theoretical principles of leadership and management within the delivery of healthcare. A historical overview of leadership and management theories assist the student in understanding legal and ethical implications of the role of the professional nurse in regard to patient care, delegation, staffing, budgeting, communication, and quality improvement. (This course is only available to RN-BSN students.)
