Catalog description

Strong leadership is grounded in the ability to see the whole picture and understand the interconnectedness of all the systems operating within the organization. This course will introduce students to the basic concepts of systems thinking and recognizing systems in any situation or problem. Students will utilize a systems thinking perspective in the following areas: analyzing complex challenges, facilitating organizational learning, describing and solving problems, leading innovation, and guiding change. (This course is only available to ASPIRE students.)
