Catalog description

This course provides a foundational understanding of management theories within organizations. Topics covered include individual attitudes, perceptions, personality, and abilities; interpersonal behavior, work groups, and teams; organizational culture; politics and power; decision-making in organizations; succession planning, motivation, and resource planning, among others. This course will introduce topics that will be further explored in-depth throughout the program curriculum.
