Catalog description

This course explores the dramatic embodiment of literature through implicit interpretive understanding and skillful oral presentations. Emphasis is on analysis and performance of narratives, poetry, and biblical literature through reading texts aloud and dramatically telling stories leading to a creation of a community of listeners who experience the text. (Prerequisite: COMM 1260, sophomore standing)
