This course will study the use of the internet of things (IoT) in business and home environments. Students will identify and evaluate privacy, security, data collection, connectivity, machine to machine communication and the ever-growing importance of the internet. Students will evaluate the advancement in technology and efficiency made possible by IoT and examine the building blocks of the technology. (Prerequisite: BUSS 1910 & MATH 2830)
