Catalog description
A study of the theory and practice of management of organizations, with emphasis on the manager's role in strategy, organizational design, effective use of human resources, planning, organizing, integrating and controlling functions. Theory and practice will both be stressed. Course will also cover decision-making, quality, and work teams. (Prerequisites: BUAD-1905 or BUSS 1905, BUAD-1910 or BUSS 1910)
