Catalog description
An introduction to the basic principles, theories, terminology and problems of macroeconomics. The production, exchange, distribution, and consumption of income and wealth will be covered; national income, debt, employment, business fluctuations and economic growth, as well as the international economy and other economic systems, will be analyzed. The course will stress the U.S. economic system and current economic policy. (Prerequisite: BUSS 1950)
