Teaching of Science in Secondary Schools

Catalog description

Students develop an instructional philosophy through discussions and reading as well as experience in simulated teaching activities. Use of demonstrations, experiments, visual aids, projects, cooperative learning, and other inquiry and discovery activities are stressed. Additional topics include individual differences among students, handicapped, or reading disabled. Corequisite(s): EDFN 441 Graduate Credit: This course is available for graduate credit.
