Catalog description

Taught in a lecture format with supporting laboratories and field trips, students in this course will study the anatomy, morphology, phylogeny, ecology, taxonomy, and development of arthropods, primarily insects. Emphasis will be placed on collecting techniques, identification, and preparation of specimens. Graduate Credit: Can be taken for graduate credit
