Catalog description

This course examines trends, and procedures used to prepare students for successful transitions throughout the educational experience. This includes postsecondary education/training, career development, life skills, community experiences and resources, self-advocacy skills, guardianship and a variety of legal considerations. A Field Experience is required for this course.
