Ensembles in Contemporary Music Education

Catalog description

This course addresses philosophical and pedagogical foundations for providing music ensemble experiences within the public schools. There is a special focus on how to incorporate and support the inclusion of marching band, jazz band, small ensembles and combos into the traditional public school music program.
