Catalog description

This course is for non-native students who have completed two semesters (101 and 102) of Mandarin previously. The students will work toward mastering pronunciation, listening, speaking, reading and writing, with particular emphases on oral skills and reading. There will also be a significant emphasis placed on Chinese cultural competency. The class will be conducted primarily in Mandarin, with some English as necessary.
