Catalog description

The course will provide an overview of all aspects of museum work, including museum management, governance, collections care and conservation, marketing, fundraising, interpretation and educational program development and reservation of cultural resources. Themes woven throughout the course will include collection and interpretation ethics, the role of museums in society and strategies of cultural preservation.
