Catalog description

Developing the insights and perspective of thinking historically is a dimension of every field of study. Using principles of critical thinking, analysis of evidence, examination of arguments and assumptions and expository writing, this course helps to develop these skills for any student. Course topics vary; recent offerings have focused on terrorism and women’s issues.
