Politics in Film

Catalog description

(same as PSCI 407 ) This course focuses on the use of political themes in film from 1902 to the present. Through a critical examination of films produced throughout the 20th and 21st centuries, students will examine notions related to our understanding of the political environment and political history, as well as ideologies, institutions and political and social identity.
