Literary Magazine Production IV

Catalog description

This course provides hand-on experience in the production of the university student literary magazine, Avalon. This includes acquisitions, submissions, selection, editing, layout, production, budgeting, advertising and promotion. Students will function as managing editors, directing the editorial process and making final editorial decisions on content, layout, and production. Prerequisites: ENG 320, or a C- in ENG 101 and senior standing. May be repeated once for credit. One credit.
