Catalog description

This course involves a comparative study of major postcolonial works of world literature, including those from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, the Americas, the Caribbean and the British Commonwealth. Theoretical similarities such as theme and technique will be identified with simultaneous attention paid to historical and cultural specificities.
