This course is designed to support education students during their student teaching experience. The course provides a structured space for reflection, discussion, and problem-solving as students transition from theory to practice. Topics include classroom management, instructional strategies, assessment, differentiation, professional ethics, and collaboration with colleagues, families, and the community. Through weekly discussions, guided reflections, and professional development activities, students will critically analyze their teaching practices, address challenges, and refine their instructional skills. This course also prepares students for the job search process, including resume writing, interview strategies, and professional networking.
