Catalog description

This course provides students with multimodal learning opportunities to present ideas and create compelling graphics for effective visual communication. This class will cover effective techniques for creating compelling digital illustrations and image manipulation to create visuals for a wide variety of projects. Students will work with a different illustrator programs as tools for visual expression. A self–inquiry as well as investigation of different visual communication techniques used in creative industries will equip students to tackle complex ideas and give a visual form to communicate with the audience. Students will learn the processes of content creation, proposal writing and harness technology for digital storytelling.
