Catalog description

In this course, students will learn and apply design methods and iterative processes in various professional-level design projects. Image-creation and Typography are used to develop successful visual hierarchies in a wide range of projects. Students will practice broad research methods for identifying problems and concerns and learn how to use the grid as an organizational system and tool in creating compelling and ethical design solutions. Throughout the semester students will document their research, and explorations through a comprehensive process book.
