Making Me: Self-Expression & Identity

Catalog description

This class is designed to investigate how people choose to identify a personal, professional and cultural self by participating in a variety of self-expressive forms. Students will explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences through hands-on activities, critical thinking analysis and discussions, to aid them in exercising self-reflections to understand how they arrive at personal perspectives. These skills in self-awareness and creative practice serve all students from any discipline. No fine arts skills are required.
