Catalog description
This course is designed to help students understand and effectively manage stress through both theory and practice. It introduces practical stress management techniques to promote personal well-being and performance. Students will explore the emotional, intellectual, spiritual, psychological, and physiological aspects of stress, gaining a well-rounded understanding of how stress affects the mind and body. Topics include the impact of stress on physical and mental health, the role of change and self-awareness, common sources of stress, and practical methods for building effective coping skills.
