Principles of Management

Catalog description

Fundamental principles and concepts that apply to all management, including the four managerial functions of planning, organizing, leading, and controlling are discussed. Students learn how to apply these four functions in all types of businesses-sole proprietorships, partnerships, and corporations. This course uses all or some of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. The students must use a current version of Microsoft Windows on a compatible computer in order to successfully complete the course.
