Intro to Management

Catalog description

Principles and practices of establishing and operating a business are presented, including opportunities, hazards, and problems which might be encountered. Fundamental considerations, planning, organizing, actuating and controlling management application of principles and techniques to all activities. This course uses all or some of the Microsoft Office Suite of programs. The students must use a current version of Microsoft Windows on a compatible computer in order to successfully complete the course.
