Anatomy and Physiology

Catalog description

The structure and function of organs and systems will be systematically surveyed. Discussions will provide a basic overview of the gross as well as the cellular and sub-cellular components of the human body. The course is an introduction and may benefit disciplines, including but not limited to those in the medical assistant program, and medical coding specialist. This course is abbreviated, yet all systems presented are discussed in depth.
