S. foreign policy since World War II, discussing the Cold War but giving special attention to the post-Cold War period. The course examines, in depth, the goals of U.S. foreign policy and the domestic factors that influence its course and process. Through group discussions and presentations, students develop their own views on the direction of U.S. foreign policy.
