The practicum provides opportunities for the students to actively participate and teach in a classroom and school setting. The content focus for the Student Teaching I practicum will center on PPAT Task1: Knowledge of Students and the Learning Environment. Student teachers experience the end of a school year when end-of-year assessments are administered to students.
