Catalog description

It focuses on formulation of effective competitive strategy to balance the opportunities and risks associated with dynamic and uncertain changes in the industry. The knowledge and techniques learned in earlier courses will be applied in an integrated fashion to the process of strategic decision making and organizational change. The topics covered in this course include the relationships of organizations to their environments, the hierarchy of organizational objectives, the integration of business functions, organizational structure, and policy implementation and evaluation.
