Off-Season Softball Training

Note: This course is designed for the intercollegiate softball athlete. Although this class is designed the intercollegiate athlete, it is open to all individuals. <br> <br> This is an intercollegiate class designed for the development of the softball athlete during the off-season of competition. The course will involve strength and conditioning programs as well as specific skills and techniques for the sport of softball that will help prepare the athlete for the next intercollegiate sports season.
