Advisory: English Placement Level 6 <br> Note: This course corresponds to two years of high school study. <br> <br> This introductory course gives the student intense practice in speaking and listening to French, as well as reading and writing in French, with additional emphasis on grammar and pronunciation. The class focuses on communication related to daily life and routine activities, such as people, places, family life, weather, leisure time activities, and food. Students are introduced to the history and culture of French-speaking people. This course may be offered in a distance education format.
