Advisory: CIS 2 with a grade of C or higher <br> <br> Note: Students who enrolled in earlier versions of a Windows desktop operating system will be able to enroll in a more current version. <br> <br> This course introduces students to Windows Server 2025 installation, configuration, and basic management. Students gain hands-on experience with server roles, Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), file services, and basic security. The course aligns with Microsoft Windows Server certification objectives and prepares students for more advanced server administration courses. This course may be offered in a distance education format.
